DNA: ee aa CRCR nW20

Pssm1: n/n

FIS: n/n

EMH: 13 hand range

$14,000 in tact to approved home

Free gelding available

SD Gold Top x SD Faith

This adorable, super sweet, and funny colt has loads of personality! He loves his people and will choose his people over his mama. He is extremely easy to work with and train.

Stanley, as we call him, is SD bred top and bottom. His sire is the imported stallion SD Gold Top, Legion of Honor earner, 2x GHRA Ambassador stallion, 2x GVHS Top Ten Performance Horse, etc. His dam is a daughter of SD Golden Boy and out of SD The Red Mare, meaning that she is a maternal sibling to The Red Mare's Filly (dam of SD Black Jack and SD Miss Maple).

Stanley is homozygous for the cream gene (cremello), meaning all of his foals will have the cream gene if he is left in tact. He would make a fantastic gelding also! I am happy to offer him gelded free of charge.

Stanley is weaned and is ready to go. I really can't stress enough how laid back and sweet this boy is. He is going to be just like his daddy; so quiet! He is an old soul.

Like all of our foals, Stanley comes registered and microchipped, will be halter broke (catch, lead, tie, allow feet to be handled) , dewormed and trimmed, and vaccinated, plus has a health guarantee. He has been fully genetic tested for color and gypsy disease panel. We offer free gelding for gelding homes, including follow up care. He comes with a coggins certificate and a health certificate if he has to travel out of state.

This Just-In

2015 Bay Tobiano Gypsy Vanner Stallion

GVHS registered

Color DNA: Ee Aa nT

Pssm1: Negative

FIS: Negative

Westmoreland Razzle Dazzle x Westmoreland Splish Splash

Approx 14.1 hands

$35,000

Just-In is a stunning, heavy, hairy, high quality tobiano stallion who is broke to ride and very safe under saddle (or bareback!) He loves attention and pastures well with geldings. He is social and friendly, and not too much phases him.

Just-In has not bred very much so still needs some training for hand breeding and would need to be trained on a phantom. He bred one mare for 2023 and we are expecting her foal in April.

I originally bought him to be my western pleasure show horse, because of his incredibly smooth trot. However, with cutting back on breeding, I don't need seven stallions at my farm when I'm aiming for only 5-6 foals each year.

Just-In returned from a 5-month riding refresher in December and has since started working with a trainer 2x/week at home to keep him tuned up. He is a super sweet boy.

Just-In is available to an experienced horse home only, as I do not believe stallions are suitable for beginners. However, he would make a great beginner horse once gelded if you're interested in a really nice gelding! We can geld him free of charge.

HP Ransom

Smoky Black LP Gypsy Colt

Born April 30, 2021

Will be microchipped prior to leaving

DNA: Ee aa nCR nLP

Pssm1: n/n

FIS: n/n

EMH: 13.1-13.3 hands

SD Gold Top x Nco' Fascination

$10,000

I can't say enough good things about this colt and I honestly won't be sad if he stays.

Ransom is sired by imported multi-champion stallion SD Gold Top. Gold Top is a GHRA Ambassador award winning stallion, GVHS Top Ten performance stallion, and champion halter horse.

His dam is Nco' Fascination, a multi-champion halter mare and champion halter producer who was imported in-utero from SD Farms.

He will be able to produce color, and will be a solid, quality boy.

Personality wise, Ransom needs a patient leader. He is sweet and kind, but is a sensitive boy and so would not do well with someone who lacks patience. He used to be shy, but he has outgrown that. He is a very mild-mannered colt who tries very hard to be a good boy. His personality reminds me so much of his sire. He is a very quiet colt that just tries to do the right thing.

He is fully weaned and can leave any time.

He will be dewormed regularly, vaccinated, microchipped, registered, and of course be trimmed before he goes and come with a coggins. He will be trained to catch, tie, lead, and allow his feet to be handled.

HP Vanity

2019 Dark Bay Tobiano Gypsy Vanner Filly

Born September 17, 2019

GFR Silver Spirit x LS April Fools Day Jade

DNA: EE Aa Tt nW20

Pssm1: n/n

FIS: n/n

GVHS Registered, Microchipped

Estimated Mature Height: ~ 13.3 hh

$9,000 until May 1, 2021

HP Vanity is one special and beautiful girl! A dark bay tobiano with two bright blue eyes, she is well handled and loves people. She is a bit of a princess and can be sassy, but would be suitable for someone who has horse experience. She is extremely athletic for a gypsy, and can do turns on the hindquarters, sliding stops, and rollbacks at liberty with ease! I would not recommend her for a beginner or a child at this time, due to her age.

Vanity was born September of 2019, so she is a late foal. She is going to be a heavy bodied girl.

Vanity is sired by National Champion GFR Silver Spirit, out of show winning producer LS April Fools Day Jade, daughter of Grand Champion halter stallion Comanche. Vanity is a full sister to multi-show winner HP Glamour and a half sibling to multi-champion HP Nakota and show winner HP Kelpie by the same sire.

I have retained her full sister as my personal show horse. She leads, ties, clips, bathes, allows her feet to be handled, sets up for halter class, can do a small obstacle course, loads into a trailer and has been hauled a few times, and has basic age-appropriate training. She is up to date on 2021 coggins, vaccines including her rabies vaccine, and is registered. She is microchipped and of course is fully color and disease panel tested.

Price is reduced for a very short time. Once I move the horses out on to the summer pasture her price will be increased.

Ash

2019 Smoky Black Blagdon Gypsy Vanner Filly

RGF Puzzler's Encore x Indigo's Royal Sarafina

DNA: Ee aa nCR W20/W20

Pssm1: n/n

FIS: n/n

GVHS Registered; will be microchipped prior to leaving

Estimated Mature Height: ~ 14.1 hh

Ash is the sweetest and kindest filly, with an old soul. She is going to make such an excellent family horse. Not much phases her at her young age, and she is such a gentle filly. Ash has a lovely trot and will make an excellent performance horse. She has Dressage Cob breeding on her dam's side, with both grandparents being very successful in the showring.

She leads, ties, clips, bathes, allows her feet to be handled, loads into a trailer and has been hauled a few times, and has basic age-appropriate training. She is up to date on coggins, vaccines, and is registered.

Laertes /*/*/ / / /

Dark bay American Warmblood gelding

Born 2006

Registered AWS

ELITE and SUPREME status registration

16.3 hh

Colty was the first horse that I ever bred, and was my pride and joy. I've owned him his entire life, and parting with him has not been an easy decision. However, with the gypsies now he isn't being used, so I sent him to training for a tune-up.

He spent 7 years in professional training and showing with Howard and Andi Farmer of Ohio. He showed up to second level dressage and 3' hunters, though was schooling higher.

He has been ridden sidesaddle and brideless.

He is a National Champion halter horse, the 2012 AWS Horse of the Year and Stallion of the Year, and scored an inspection score of an impressive 82.02, which gave him both Elite and Supreme status.

The first star after his name is for a Gold rated inspection score. The second is for a National title.

Once I got into gypsies, Colty sat for a few years so has recently been sent for a tune-up with a local trainer. He is currently in training.

Colty is not for beginners. He is a very powerful horse with a lot of training. He is best suited for an intermediate or better rider. He loves to jump and loves to work and loves attention. He is brave and bold and thinks he is the most important horse.

Rocky

Silver dapple tobiano gypsy gelding

Born May 2, 2020

GFR Silver Spirit x Gloria's Surprise

PSSM1 negative through parentage

Registration submitted for GVHS

Estimated mature height 15+ hh

Rocky is the sweetest ever silver dapple tobiano gelding. He has an old soul, and is so kind hearted and willing to learn.

Rocky is a big boy, and at only 7 months old sticked 13.1 at the withers and 13.3 hh at the rump, so I expect him to make or exceed 15 hands at maturity. He towers over the rest of the Hidden Ponds foals and even our three yearlings! He has excellent feather for a baby, a short back, and a beautiful hip. He would be a competitive show gelding in halter and under saddle and is so easy to work with.

Rocky leads, ties up, and allows his feet to be handled. He is one of the calmest and sweetest babies I've ever had the chance to know. With his size he should be suitable for a wide range of riders and disciplines.

Rocky was gelded in December 2020 and is fully healed from gelding. Here is your chance for that rare find---a tall, beautiful silver dapple colt already gelded and ready to go any direction you want.

HP Gold Dust

Solid Palomino Colt

Born June 5, 2020

GVHS Registered

DNA: ee aa nCR

EMH: 14-14.2 hands

This is the sweetest, easiest-going, friendliest colt. He is just a fun boy to be around and has the best personality. He is a chunky little guy, and will be a nice, heavy cob once he is an adult. He has a beautiful head, and looks like he will be a dappled palomino, like his sire.

HP Talia

2020 Chestnut Gypsy Vanner Filly

Vigorous Charm Starstruck Knight x Brier Rose

DNA: ee aa

GVHS Registered; will be microchipped prior to leaving

Estimated Mature Height: ~14.1-15.0

HP Talia is a granddaughter of Eddie Alcock's Old Black Horse, out of one of his last daughters. Her dam was imported from Germany as a two year old. Talia is a sweet and curious filly. She has a gentle nature, and more mane than any of my other foals this year so I expect that she will have a very long and thick mane like her dam. Her dam is 14.1 hands and her sire is 15.1 hands.

Talia was named after her mom. Brier Rose is Sleeping Beauty's nickname. In the German version of the tale, Talia is the princess's real name.

Lil Lady Victoria

Bay drum horse Mare

F1

Born 2009

16.0 Hands

IDHA and GHA registered

Lady is our drum mare. I went to visit a farm to look at a couple gypsy fillies for sale, and the owner told me "I want to show you this mare." She then called up her grazing horses from the pasture and this massive bay mare come running in. The owner picked me up and threw me on this mare without any tack, and proceeded to free lunge her, showing me how she knew her hand signals. I went for gypsies, but took her home instead!

Lady is quite a gem and could go any way you want. She is a big moving mare with a quiet temperament. She gets along well in a mixed herd of mares and geldings. She has never been bred but adores the foals and would probably make an excellent mom. Lady would be suitable for show with a bit more schooling; for trail riding; or as a therapeutic riding horse. She has done all three.

Lady spent 4 1/2 months training with top Gypsy trainer Katie Hembree. She knows her leads, but for arena work she would be best for an intermediate rider unless the beginner was confident and working with a trainer. She needs work to have a consistent headset, and because she has more whoa then go, sometimes she will see if she can stop and she will stomp her back foot if you ask her to go. For trail riding, Lady is suitable for beginners. She enjoys getting out. She rides out alone and is road safe (at least on gravel roads; I don't ride along highways). Lady was also used in summer of 2019 for a therapeutic riding program for people who have never been on a horse. She did great! Lady has been lightly shown in hand and with another month or two of consistent riding would be ready to show under saddle. She knows how to set up for halter and does so easily. She is shod in front.

HP Copilot

Solid red Colt

Born April 13, 2020

GVHS Registered

DNA: ee aa

EMH: 15+ hands

This friendly and TALL colt is sired by my performance champion St Brendans Cream, and out of my champion producer, Lone Cypress Farms Blueberry. He should be a fun performance prospect! His two full sisters are very tall girls and he should be tall also. His dam is 15 hands; his 3 year old sister is 15.2 hands and his long yearling sister is already 14.3 hands.

Copilot will be dewormed regularly, vaccinated, microchipped, and come with a fresh negative coggins and trimmed.

Palomino Blagdon Stallion

Imported from Ireland

Born May 1, 2006

ee aa nCR W20W20 nPATN1

14.0 Hands

FIS and PSSM1 negative (disease panel clear)

A rare chance --- we are offering this proven show stallion for sale!

Brendan is the sweetest, kindest stallion. He absolutely LOVES women and loves being doted on. He is broke to ride English and Western and has competed at both breed and open shows with an amateur rider/handler. He did win a reserve champion title in Western Pleasure at the Utah Gypsy Show in 2014. Brendan absolutely loves big events like expos and fairs and has attended both the Minnesota State Fair and the Minnesota Horse Expo several times! He just loves all the attention!

Brendan has a gorgeous, long, thick mane and tail and good feather. His mane is over three feet long! He absolutely loves being brushed and having his mane braided and will stand for hours. His mane goes all the way to the ground!

Brendan is a very unusual color pattern. He is a blagdon, so he looks roan or sabino but has tested negative for both genes.  His base color is palomino and he also has a PATN1 gene. He has thrown some very interesting colored foals and you can see many of them for sale on the sales pages!

Brendan has sired at least 20 foals to date (that I know of).So far he has sired 70% fillies. He will hand or pasture breed (though I pasture breed with him) and can be pastured with mares, foals, geldings, and other non-aggressive stallions.

Brendan needs an intermediate or better rider because he is very sensitive. Like all stallions, Brendan is not suitable for a novice horse owner unless the owner has a trainer, but for someone who has owned horses before he would make a great first stallion that can be managed at home. He hasn't been shown since 2017 so would probably need a short tune-up to get back into the show ring.

Gypsy Meadows Lord Shamus

2020 Chestnut Sabino Gypsy Vanner Colt

DNA: ee aa nSB1

Sire 14.1 hh

Dam 13.3 hh

Gorgeous red sabino colt on consignment for local friends here in Minnesota. This stunning boy is friendly, laid-back, and getting basic baby handling. He was born in July of 2020. His sire is a son of SD The Don, and his dam is an imported mare who has been shown successfully in halter and performance classes. He has been lightly shown in halter classes. He should be a heavy bodied boy like his parents.

Adorable and friendly June 2020 colt. His color DNA is pending, but he is believed to be a black sabino. He is either black or palomino, and may have sabino and/or splashed white. He is out of a daughter of Dungarvin Tully's Jackpot and is by a son of SD The Don.

HP The Bartender

2019 Red/Chestnut Solid Gypsy Vanner gelding

St Brendans Cream x Cabaret Rose

DNA: ee aa W20W20

GVHS Registered

Estimated Mature Height: 13.3-14 hands

This is the friendliest, most handsome colt! He is super easy to work with and very trainable. He loves people and other horses and just enjoys life. He is going to be an amazing performance prospect. He has the temperament to be suitable for showing or trails or pretty much anything you want to do with him. He is a sensible boy, and if shows resume in 2020 and he isn't sold, we will be showing him as our yearling gelding. If you like hair, this boy is literally walking on it.

Tipsy is out of my primary show mare. This is and will be her only foal. His dam, Rosie, is a multiple class winner at breed shows and high point winner. She has done it all, riding and driving, competing in breed shows and field trials, sorting and penning, foxhunts and open shows.

His sire is none other than my western pleasure champion stallion, St Brendan's Cream.

Tipsy appeared in the Adorable Foals and Gypsy Vanner videos produced by Discover The Horse!

This colt was bred to be a using horse, so we are selling him as a gelding (as a personal choice we simply don't offer colts as  stallion prospects. Nothing to do with him; we just think geldings tend to find better homes and as someone who truly loves this horse, a good home is most important).

He leads, ties, and allows his feet to be picked. He is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has a current negative coggins.

HP Kelpie

2018 Silver dapple Tobiano Sabino gypsy vanner filly

GFR Silver Spirit x Lil Shirefighter aka Harlequin Farms Angelica

DNA: Ee aa Tt Zz nSB1

Registration: GVHS (FULL stud book)

Country of Origin: United States

Expected mature height: Around 14 hands

I know I'm going to regret selling this one but I keep telling myself that I can't keep them all! Kelpie is the friendliest, most social and laid back filly. She loves attention and follows people all over. She would rather be with her humans than with other horses, and she isn't phased by much. She is independent and calm and will make a great family type horse. For someone looking for breeding, she has an assortment of options she can throw, and will never throw a solid foal (she can only throw Tobiano or Sabino). She is promising to be a hairy, cobby filly, and to top it off, she is only expected to mature at around 14 hands. Silver sabinos are hard to come by! Kelpie was at the Minnesota State Fair with her dam in 2018 and at the 2019 Minnesota Horse Expo and loved every minute of it! She is a natural in the spotlight and will make a great youth or novice amateur show mare. She competed in her first breed show in June 2019 and placed first under one judge and second under the other judge (losing to her half sister) out of a class of six, being handled by a novice youth who had never shown a horse before! Since then she has done a handful of shows in summer of 2019. This filly LOVES to show and LOVES lots of commotion and would thrive in a home where she will be able to go to many events.

She is sired by my national champion halter stallion GFR Silver Spirit and out of a mare sired by none other than Clononeen Playboy, who was such an excellent representative of the breed that he was actually exported BACK to the UK! Playboy was and is the top scoring stallion inspected in the United States.

Kelpie is broke to lead, tie, bathe, load, clip, and allow her feet to be handled. She is up to date on coggins, farrier, deworming, microchipping, and vaccinations. She has one show toward the 2020 National Championships. She will continue to show until sold.

HP Visenya

2019 Black Irish gypsy cob filly

Andy McEvoy's Colt x Lags Mare

DNA: Ee aa

Registration: GHRA

Country of Origin: Ireland

Expected mature height: Around 15 hands

I wasn't going to sell this filly, since she came imported in utero from Ireland and is out of one of my very best mares. However, hay prices are very high this year, and I can't keep them all, so she is for sale at least for the time being.

Visenya is a heavy chunk of a filly who will be tall. She may just be a solid black, but she looks just like her dam in stature and will be impressive once she is mature. If you're looking for a true Irish type cob, this is the one. This is your chance to own bloodlines you won't otherwise find in the US.

This filly is sensible and stoic. She could show but she isn't going to be very eye catching, so she might be more suited as a personal riding horse or broodmare.

She leads, ties, and allows her feet to be picked. She is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has a current negative coggins.

MULTIPLE Grands in AMHR and AMHA

SOLD - Congratulations Cindy in Texas!

Itsy is a 30" Miniature Horse gelding. He is sweet and quiet and can be handled by anyone. He has been shown extensively, and has been shown by kids as young as 5 years old! Itsy is only 8 points away from his Halter Hall of Fame. He already has all of his Wins and Championships required. He can be shown in hand by anyone, and will walk into the ring and win.

Itsy has extensive professional training, having been shown since he was a weanling. Itsy was broke out to drive in 2015 by a ten year old girl under the instruction of one of the top Miniature Horse trainers in the nation. Itsy  was then transferred to training under Adam Longman (after his move from Florida to Minnesota). He continued to show under Adam for 2016. Itsy has not been driven in 2017 and would probably need a tune-up.

ASPC Reserve National Champion Congress Halter Horse

SOLD --- Congratulations to Ellen in IN!

Vinnie has been shown by youth at Nationals and has placed very well (got 3rd in a class of >50 shown in Youth 8-10 in 2015). Vinnie has an excellent work ethic and loves people. He is trained on the hot walker and his trot speed is very consistent. He has been to two shows for driving, but he needs work on his headset to be competitive in AMHR. He is very safe, however, and I drive him almost exclusively on roads where he is good about dogs and traffic. He is a more forward driving pony, so requires either a confident beginner for driving. A novice working with a trainer would also be fine. This is a wonderful and very loving pony. I got him from Florida. He is only for sale as I no longer have time to show miniature horses. He is safe for younger kids on he ground but at this time I would not suggest young kids drive him alone.

He is excellent in a herd, fine on grass pasture, great for farrier and clips without sedation, including inside his ears. He loves to show and loves attention and has an excellent work ethic.

Sold- Congratulations to Amber in South Dakota!

Inca is a very smart filly who learns quickly.  She is a heavy, chunky girl who is one of my least dominant from this years' foal crop. She will be suitable as an all-around type horse, as she is sensible and mentally mature for her age. She should have the mentality to show, be a trail horse, be a broodmare, or do anything you ask. If shows resume in 2020 and she isn't sold, this filly is the one we will be showing as our Yearling Filly.

She is sired by my natioal champion halter stallion, GFR Silver Spirit, and out of a Roman daughter.

Inca was featured in DiscoverTheHorse's video on Gypsy Vanner Horses!

Once she sheds her foal coat, she will be dark brown on white with very flashy markings. If bred, she can only produce black based or bay based sabino and tobiano foals. She cannot produce solids, so if you're looking for a broodmare prospect who will always produce something fancy, this is your girl!

Taskin's Spicey Annie

2014 Buckskin Tobiano Mare

Taskin x Desert Jewel Miss Spice

DNA: Ee Aa Tt nCR

Country of Origin: United States

Adding a little color to our broodmare herd is Annie, a golden buckskin tobiano mare by the 5 star stallion, Taskin! She is green broke to ride, and has a sweet temperament, always wanting to be right by people. She is one of our more energetic horses, and can usually be found waiting by the gate to come out if she knows someone is around.

Annie is by Taskin, a 5 star rated buckskin stallion. Breyer, who makes quality horse replicas, made a model of him!

Annie foaled a silver buckskin filly by our stallion GFR Silver Spirit on July 1, 2018.  She has been bred to St. Brendan's Cream for an August 2019 foal.

Videos available!

Yes, she had a bad clip job in the baby photos. Her mom didn't like us clipping her!

This filly has some super unique color DNA that is hard to find! She is a silver buckskin who is also a red carrier, is homozygous for agouti, and carries the bonus PATN1 gene! That means that bred to any stallion, she can NEVER produce a black foal. She can produce bay, buckskin, silver bay, and silver buckskin foals bred to any stallion. If she is bred to a red carrying stallion, she can also produce chestnut and palomino foals. And because she carries PATN1, if she is bred to a spotted stallion, she could throw some wild spotting patterns!

She would also make a fun performance prospect. She is an energetic filly who would make a fun riding or driving horse for an experienced horse person.

She is sired by my National Champion halter horse, GFR Silver Spirit, and is out of a Taskin daughter. Taskin is five star rated and was made into a Breyer model!

Dazzle knows how to lead, load, tie, clip, and bathe. She also can do a few basic obstacles, like a bridge. She spent a month at a local high school horsemanship program teaching youth how to teach horses!

Whether you plan to breed or ride, this filly will be a showstopper every time.

This is a super friendly filly who loves scratches and socializing with humans! She will be an extremely flashy black blagdon once she sheds out, with high white stockings all the way up to her stifle and a large belly spot on her left side.

She is by my Western Pleasure reserve champion palomino stallion, St Brendan's Cream, and out of a PrimeTime daughter.

She leads, ties, and allows her feet to be handled. She will be up to date on vaccinations and come with a current negative coggins and be microchipped.

Estimated Mature Height: 14-14.3 hands

Wow! This colt is really something else! He is absolutely stunning and is already quite hairy! He is a serious show prospect, with color to boot!

His mom is the famous Gypsy Elite Tara. She is a supreme champion halter horse and has been at Breyerfest and is dressage trained. Tara was imported from Germany at 6 years old, and according to the Gypsy DNA Database, has one of the most unique genetic profiles of any horse on record. Unless you buy one from her, you won't find one like her!

His sire is my reserve western pleasure champion palomino stallion imported from Ireland, St Brendan's Cream. What a cross this is!

St. Brendan's Cream x Lone Cypress Farms Blueberry

DNA: Ee aa nCR W20/W20

Registration: GVHS   (FULL stud book); GHRA

Country of Origin: United States

Expected Mature Height: Around 15 hands

Aphrodite is a sweet and quiet filly who is easy to handle and is very submissive. She bathes, clips, yields to pressure, ties, leads, and loads. She also sets up for halter and will go through an obstacle course, including the bridge. She spent 30 days this spring at a youth horsemanship program at a local high school and did very well. She has been to a handful of local shows also. She would make an excellent youth prospect or quiet riding partner. She is very well behaved and very docile.

If she was bred to a red carrying stallion, she can produce, black, smoky black, red, and palomino foals. If she was bred to a bay stallion, she can also produce buckskin.

She is up to date on deworming, coggins, farrier, and vaccinations. We have decided to retain her full sister, so she is now available for sale.

St. Brendan's Cream x Serenity

DNA: ee aa nCR nW20

Registration: GVHS (FULL stud book)

Country of Origin: United States

Expected mature height: around 14.1 hands

Helios has been handled since birth. He leads, loads, clips, and bathes, sets up for halter, lunges, and goes through an obstacle course. He has had a synthetic lightweight saddle on his back and didn't mind. He is very brave and friendly and enjoys attention and human companionship.  He is out of our imported foundation mare Serenity, who was bred by George Harrison and is a granddaughter of Bob the Blagdon. He is going through a growth spurt right now so is a bit gangly, but we expect him to finish out around 13.3-14 hands and be very stout, like his mom.

Helios has a lovely temperament and would make a fantastic riding gelding. He is very easy to handle, has a goofy and silly personality, loves food and adores his people. He is kind hearted and very sweet. He is very smart and a very fast learner, though as he is still young sometimes he still acts like a baby. For this reason we fell he would be best suited in a home that has owned a horse before or someone who will keep him at a boarding facility with a trainer to help him grow with you. (We recommend this with all our babies, as in general we do not feel that very young horses make good first horses unless the owner is working closely with a trainer. This is nothing to do with Helios personally).
