Pssm1: n/n
FIS: n/n
Height: 15.0 hands
Herd Rank: Middle
Sir Royal Fortune of Castle Rock x Stars Anything but Minnie
$25,000

Pearl is such a sweet mare. She has been trailered to a handful of events, including the Minnesota State Fair and a few local shows. She is not broke to ride, but she has a great disposition and it should be very easy to break her out. She is very laid back and not much phases her.

Pearl is a pretty rare color and can produce a variety of colors in her foals. No matter who she is bred to, she can produce black, bay, silver dapple, silver bay, buckskin, smoky black, and silver buckskin foals.

She had one colt back in 2020, who is now a gelding living in Iowa. She is a great mama, and allows her foals to be handled.

She is currently in foal to Bandera Broadchurch, a buckskin pintaloosa stallion, for an April 2022 foal.

She is offered for a limited time. She must be paid for and moved by January 15, 2022, or it will no longer be safe to move her. She can be sold on payments with us retaining the foal. We do not increase prices for horses being sold on payments. For information on payment plans, click here.

She has her own page here.

Frozen is just the sweetest, most calm mare who gets along with everyone.

She was previously started under saddle, but took a break to raise 3 foals. She is going back into full-time saddle training starting January 1.

She is just a sweetie and I can't say enough good things about her. She gets along with absolutely everyone in a herd and very quickly.

She has had three foals: a grulla colt by SSFR Deauce is Wild; a black LP filly by SD Gold Top; and a black blagdon filly by St Brendan's Cream.

She is by the many-time champion stallion Prime Time and out of a double bred Superior mare.

Unnamed

Black LP (appaloosa gene) Gypsy Vanner Filly
Born October 14, 2023
Will be GVHS registered - you may pick a name
DNA: Ee aa LpLp nW20
Pssm1: n/n
FIS: n/n
EMH: 14-14.1 hands
$18,000
SD Gold Top x Indigo's Royal Lil Aries

Hard-to-find homozygous LP filly, with even harder to find NON-Hermi'ts lines! She will make a great cross back to Hermit's line stallions, as well as other SD stallions since her sire's bloodlines are unique in the United States. Being homozygous LP means that she will pass the LP gene on every time. She will very likely change a lot over the next few years.

Being homozygous LP means that she has night blindness. That means that she doesn't see as well in the dark as normal horses and her vision at night is similar to a human's vision (humans are also night blind). It is not painful and is not progressive. It is NOT the same as moon blindness, which she does not have. What it does mean is that she should be in a stall or paddock overnight and if she is bred, she should have a light on overhead so she doesn't step on her foal. She can see just fine in moonlight when there is a full moon, so she doesn't need any more light than we do in order to see.
This is a smart filly who is going to make you some flashy babies, especially if bred to stallions with PATN1! She seems to be a quick learner and while she is just a bit sassy, she likes to be good.

Like all our foals, she will be halter broke, dewormed regularily, vaccinated, microchipped, registered, color and disease panel tested (already done), and trimmed, and comes with a health guarantee.
